Years of Service
Jan Sangharsh Mahasangh (JSM) People's Struggle Federation is a community-driven organization dedicated to environmental sustainability, women's empowerment, academic excellence, and representing the voices of citizens at the highest levels of governance.
Operating from Dimapur, Nagaland, JSM has successfully driven grassroots campaigns such as the "Awareness Campaign on No Use of Plastic" and hosted historic events like our inaugural program at Europa Inn Hotel, Dimapur, where we proudly conferred the 'Woman of the Year Award' upon Dr. Dalia Bhattacharjee. With the guidance of constitutional leaders like the Hon'ble Governor of Nagaland, Nand Kishore Yadav, our office bearers and members strive to construct a more equitable and eco-conscious future.
To foster environmental consciousness (like no-plastic initiatives), elevate and honor outstanding women leaders, encourage academic excellence among the youth, and maintain a close dialogue with governing authorities to secure public welfare and development in Nagaland.

Established the Jan Sangharsh Mahasangh (JSM) People's Struggle Federation and registered it under Govt of India NCT of Delhi (Regd. No 537) with a national vision for social justice.
Conducted a highly motivating meeting with the Hon'ble Governor of Nagaland, Nand Kishore Yadav, and launched the widely-acclaimed "No Use Plastic" campaign in Dimapur.
Held the federation's grand inaugural ceremony at Europa Inn Hotel (Dimapur), presenting Dr. Dalia Bhattacharjee with 'Woman of the Year', and felicitated the HSLC & HSSLC achievers.

Biswajit Banik is a dedicated social worker and community leader committed to serving society and supporting those in need. Prior to joining JSM Nagaland, he was actively associated with Dimapur 24/7, where he contributed to various social welfare initiatives. His dedication, compassion, and commitment to social service have earned him respect and recognition across the community.

Lipon Kar Purkayastha is a dedicated social worker and dynamic leader serving as the State Vice President of Jan Sangharsh Mahasangh (JSM Nagaland). He is actively involved in awareness campaigns, youth empowerment, and social welfare initiatives aimed at creating positive change in society. Known for his leadership, dedication, and commitment to community service, he works tirelessly for the upliftment of underprivileged communities while promoting unity, social awareness, and social justice. Through his inspiring efforts, he continues to motivate the younger generation towards building a stronger and progressive Bharat.
State Secretary
Pooja Das Paul is a dedicated social worker and active leader serving as the State Secretary of . She is committed to empowering society through awareness programs, youth engagement, women empowerment, and social welfare initiatives. With a strong sense of responsibility and leadership, she actively works for the upliftment of underprivileged communities and promotes unity, social justice, and positive change in society. Through her service and dedication, Pooja Das Paul continues to inspire people, especially the younger generation, to contribute towards building a stronger, aware, and progressive Bharat
Dimapur District Secretary
Rishuv Poddar is a passionate educator, cultural enthusiast, and dynamic youth leader from Dimapur, Nagaland. A postgraduate from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata. He is currently serving in the English Department at Shemrock School and is also the Director of Rhythm Music Centre. With a strong commitment to education, culture, and community development, Rishuv proudly serves as the District Secretary of JSM Nagaland, actively contributing towards leadership, social engagement, youth empowerment, and organizational growth. Known for his dedication, creativity, and inspiring personality, he continuously strives to create a positive impact through academics, music, cultural activities, and service to society.
Dimapur District President
Aloka Debnath is a dedicated social worker and an inspiring leader currently serving as the Dimapur District President of JSM Nagaland. She is actively involved in social awareness programmes, women empowerment initiatives, youth motivation, and community welfare activities across Dimapur. With strong leadership qualities and a passion for social service, she continuously works towards creating awareness on important social issues, promoting unity, and encouraging positive change in society. Through her dedication, commitment, and active participation in humanitarian activities, Aloka Debnath has become a respected figure within the organization and the community.

Smt. Moushmi Sur is a dedicated social worker and an active member of JSM Nagaland, currently serving as the Dimapur District Joint Secretary. She is committed to social service and actively participates in awareness programmes, community welfare activities, and initiatives aimed at empowering society. With sincerity, responsibility, and a strong spirit of teamwork, she continuously works for the betterment of the community and supports various humanitarian and social causes. Her dedication and active involvement make her a valuable member of JSM Nagaland, inspiring others to work towards unity, social justice, and positive social change.

JSM successfully conducted its grand inaugural program alongside the celebration of International Women’s Day at Europa Inn Hotel, Dimapur. The event witnessed an enthusiastic gathering of students, distinguished guests, and members.
A special highlight was conferring the prestigious "Woman of the Year Award" upon Dr. Dalia Bhattacharjee in recognition of her remarkable contributions to society. The student competition was judged by Mrs. Alpana Paul and Mrs. Shweta Singh, whose fair evaluation added immense credibility to the event.
